Located in Founders Park, the garden offers 50 individual plots available to residents on a first-come, first-served basis. City Council Approves Heritage District Revitalization Plan
The Norwin City Council unanimously approved the Heritage District Revitalization Plan during Tuesday evening’s session. The plan includes streetscape improvements, facade restoration grants, and new pedestrian-friendly infrastructure along Main Street and Heritage Square. Mayor Eleanor Crawford called it a historic milestone for the preservation of our downtown character while supporting modern economic development.
